1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, processing begins and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Returns

We fully stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Therefore, we offer a 90-day return or replacement policy from the delivery date, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.

  • The return must be shipped with a tracking number directly to one of our authorized warehouses.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns sent to unauthorized logistics centers will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us first.
Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send any returns without prior authorization — they will not be accepted.


2.2 Refunds

Lost Packages:
If a package is lost during transit, we do not provide reshipment or a full refund.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Stolen Packages:
If a package is reported as stolen, you have two options:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)

  • Partial refund (please contact customer service to initiate the process)

Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with your product, you are not entitled to a refund, replacement, or free upgrade.

In this case, please send us photos of the product.
We will review your request within 24–48 hours.

This program applies to verified customers who have fully used the product for 90 days.

Requirements:

  • The device must have been used daily for 90 days according to the product instructions.

  • Verifiable proof of usage (photos, receipts, or usage logs) is required.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days after the 90-day period ends.

This policy protects genuine users and preserves the integrity of our program.


3. Free Replacements

If a product arrives defective, delayed, or incomplete, you must email us within 30 days of receipt.

In such cases, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Limitation:
Customer service may only be used once per order.
